Denley's innovative cylinder design, manufacture & stocking facilities are impressive, they cover an advanced selection of industry standard cylinders, to an imaginative range of project specific cylinders, all conforming to 'Cetop 58' recommendations and 'ISO 10100 Testing' standards, they also offer bore sizes from 25 to 750 mm and strokes up to 7.5 mtrs.

Available in cushioned & non-cushioned, single and double acting forms, through rod, telescopic, spring returned and rotary cylinder configurations, all are available for pneumatic, gas and hydraulic oil operating systems, complete with their low friction seals to suit all fluids, mineral oils, phosphate esters, water glycols, oil in water emulsions - 95/5 and water in oil emulsions 60/40.

  • Piston rods available in a variety of standard and speciality steels, including carbon and stainless steels, hard and nickel plated chromes.
  • Available with servo cylinders incorporating fully integrated & externally positioned, feedback transducers and servo / proportional valve mounting.
  • Integrated proximity sensors for end-of stroke indicators, complete with in-built counterbalance & load control valves.
  • Other options are by customer / project design requirements but can include specially extended cushioning, ports, stoke adjustments, gland drains & rod bellows.
